本文通过对湖南和广西两区域工业企业进行资料查询和实地调查访谈,以及对两省近几年各种经济数据的量化分析和综合考量,利用工业化进程的各种指标对两地区工业化发展的情况作出判断和评估。然后从制度经济学的角度进行分析,寻找造成两地区工业化发展差异产生的制度原因,突出表现为产权与经济运行机制的区别。最终通过对湖南和广西工业化发展做出客观判断,为党和政府制定切实可行的法律法规制度提供可资参考的依据,促进地区工业化水平的发展。
