本文扼要说明了刮片弹簧的工作条件及选择0Cr_(15)Ni_(26)Ti_2MoAlVB合金作为刮片弹簧材料的依据;阐明了采用静态夹持试验的原因;研究了工艺因素、试验温度对合金抗松弛性能的影响;提出了合金的最佳工艺;介绍了该合金刮片弹簧的模拟试验性能和装机应用效果;分析了松弛稳定处理可以显著提高刮片弹簧使用性能的原因。
This paper gives a brief description of the working conditions of the blade spring and the basis for selection of the 0Cr_ (15) Ni_ (26) Ti_2MoAlVB alloy as the blade spring material. The reasons for adopting the static clamping test are elucidated. The factors of the process, The optimum technology of the alloy was put forward. The simulation test performance and installed effect of the alloy blade spring were introduced. The reason why the relaxation stability treatment could significantly improve the performance of the blade spring was analyzed.
