幼儿教师是教师队伍中的一个特殊群体,其心理健康状况直接影响着幼儿的身心发展。现今幼儿教师的心理状况不容乐观,有些问题不仅损害了教师的身心健康,影响了职业的发展,而且由于幼儿教师工作的对象是处于身心发育关键期的幼儿,因此无疑对幼儿的发展产生着不良的影响。本文以四川省长宁县幼儿园为例调查,对56名幼儿教师的心理健康状况进行问卷调查,分析了引起心理问题产生的因素,并据此提出了相应的对策。
Kindergarten teachers are a special group of teachers, their mental health status directly affects children’s physical and mental development. Today’s kindergarten teachers are not optimistic about their psychological condition. Some of the problems not only impair teachers’ physical and mental health, but also affect their career development. Moreover, kindergarten teachers are undoubtedly having an adverse impact on the development of young children because their work targets young children who are in critical stages of physical and mental development Impact. This paper takes Changning County Kindergarten in Sichuan Province as an example to investigate the mental health status of 56 kindergarten teachers and analyzes the factors that cause the psychological problems and accordingly puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
