Hypertension after renal transplantation can be alleviated. Hypertensive relapse is high in the second or third month after kidney transplantation. A recent series of 4 studies that reported that approximately 316 of 316 patients showed a rise in blood pressure to hypertension (diastolic blood pressure> 100 mmHg) have been reported in a series of cohorts of different centers agreeing that patients who had high blood pressure prior to transplantation had high posttransplant success Blood pressure can be relieved; only 8% to 17% of the first month or the second month after surgery have high blood pressure. However, the incidence of hypertension has risen steadily to a peak of about 50% to 60%. A group of even 85% of patients become hypertensive patients. Obvious causes of hypertension include rejection, arterial stenosis in renal transplant recipients, and the effects of kidney in patients with hypertension. The latter evidence is often relieved after high-pressure nephrectomy. However, it has been reported that the incidence of preneoplastic nephrectomy is the same as the incidence of unresectable hypertension. Transplantation of kidney supply
