患者女性,38岁,已婚,孕3产1,于8年前孕足月顺利分娩1次,人工流产2次。因“停经70d,阴道少量出血40d伴左下腹隐痛5d”入院。患者曾于外院行刮宫+取环术,术后病理检查:“子宫内膜蜕膜样变,未见绒毛组织”。入院前5d出现恶心等不适,间断性左下腹隐痛,不伴头晕、乏力及肛门坠胀感。查体:血压正常,腹部无压痛、反跳痛,移动性浊音阴性,后穹隆无触痛,宫颈举痛(+),子宫大小正常,右附件区可及一4.0cm×3.5cm大小包块,活动
