可摘局部义齿戴入口腔就位后,咬合过高不能行使正常咀嚼功能是临床上经常见到的问题。而调改咬合耗时、耗工、耗物,给患者增加了负担。为了提高义齿质量和临床工作效率,笔者多年来就其造成义齿咬合升高的原因和预防进行了探索。 制作义齿前,检查所取石膏模型是否准确,并将模型咬(牙合)面,支托窝上的石膏瘤去除,对准咬(牙合)关系作好咬(牙合)记录。 因游离端或多数牙缺失致咬(牙合)关系不稳定时,应取咬合记录,对准其记录上(牙合)架。用蜡堤转移(牙合)关系时,蜡堤移至模型上不能有变动。
