In recent years, frequent floods caused by rainstorms have triggered the concern of all sectors of society on urban diseases such as “urban waterlogging ”. Urban rainwater removal system is an important urban infrastructure. Urban stormwater runoff calculation is the basic work of urban stormwater system planning and design. It is an important technical indicator to ensure the resilience of urban stormwater drainage system and citizens’ travel safety.
