随着社会经济的发展和市场竞争的日趋激烈,加强通信企业内部控制及风险管理越来越重要。本文从内部控制、风险管理的概念入手,从三方面简要阐述了内部控制与风险管理对于通信企业发展的重要性,指出了当前我国通信企业内控及风险管理中存在的内控及风险管理意识有待增强、内控及风险管理环境有待进一步优化、内控及风险管理制度不够完善、内控及风险管理人才比较缺乏等问题,并针对这些问题提出了一些优化通信企业内控及风险管理的对策思考。
With the social and economic development and increasingly fierce market competition, it is more and more important to strengthen the internal control and risk management of telecommunications enterprises. Beginning with the concept of internal control and risk management, this paper briefly describes the importance of internal control and risk management to the development of communication enterprises from three aspects. It points out that the awareness of internal control and risk management existing in the internal control and risk management of communication enterprises needs to be strengthened The internal control and risk management environment needs to be further optimized, the internal control and risk management systems are not perfect, the internal control and risk management personnel are scarce, and some countermeasures for optimizing internal control and risk management of communication enterprises are put forward for these problems.
