4月14日至15日,由中国招标投标协会和浙江省招标投标协会联合举办的《政府采购法实施条例》(简称《条例》)实践应用培训班在浙江杭州举行。财政部国库司政府采购管理一处处长王文虎、中招协副秘书长邢丽华以及浙江省招标投标协会常务副会长兼秘书长陈祥鹏、常务副秘书长许德俊出席培训班开班仪式。近380名学员参加了此次培训。王文虎处长从立法和监管的角度对《条例》进行了解读。他透露,《条例》的释义有望在今年上半年发布。中招协专家何红锋结合实践案
