前列腺增生症是老年男性的常见病、多发病,临床表现为尿线变细、排尿困难和夜尿增多等尿路梗阻的症状,严重损害患者的身心健康,影响生活质量。2008年1月至2010年9月,我们应用经尿道绿激光汽化术治疗前列腺良性增生症患者94例并取得显著疗效,现就其手术方法和治疗体会报告如下。
Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a common disease in elderly men, frequently-occurring disease, clinical manifestations of urinary tract thinning, dysuria and nocturnal urination and other symptoms of urinary tract obstruction, seriously impairing the patient’s physical and mental health, affecting the quality of life. From January 2008 to September 2010, we applied transurethral green laser vaporization of benign prostatic hyperplasia in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in 94 cases and achieved significant results, now on its surgical methods and treatment experience report as follows.
