Ionizing radiation can inhibit the gastric secretion function, especially the inhibition of gastric acid secretion by high-dose irradiation is more obvious. In this study, rats were exposed to different doses of total body irradiation at different times after gastric acid secretion and histamine stimulation of gastric acid secretion. After anesthesia, the rats were surgically inserted into the stomach with multi-polyethylene cannulae, inserted into the stomach through the pyloric end of the duodenum, and infused into the stomach with a 150 mM NaCl solution at a rate of 2.2 ml/15 minutes, collected every 15 minutes.
