在对现有交通全预测方法分析基础上，提出了利用主成分分析形成区域代表交通量的方法，并在实际公路网规划工作中得到了应用，收到了良好效果。
Based on the analysis of the existing traffic prediction methods, this paper proposes a method of using principal component analysis to form the representative traffic volume in the region. It has been applied in the actual road network planning and received good results.
