现代学徒制度是职业院校为培养综合型人才而设置的一种深化培养模式,该模式以学校与企业合作、教学与实际结合为主要表现形式,是中国、德国、英国及其他国家保障人力资源和技术创新的重要手段。工商企业管理专业是民办高职院校的主要专业之一,也是实施现代学徒制的关键课程,但是从目前的情况来看,该专业的人才培养过程中还存在着各种问题。为此,从民办高职院校工商企业管理专业教学中存在的问题入手,有针对性地分析了现代学徒制的现状,并提出了部分可行性发展建议,希望能够为民办高职院校的发展提供一些理论上的参考。对民办高职院校工商企业管理专业现代学徒制的研究具有一定的指导意义和借鉴价值。
The modern apprenticeship system is a kind of deepening training mode set up by vocational colleges to cultivate comprehensive talents. The mode is based on the cooperation between schools and enterprises, the combination of teaching and practice, which is the guarantee of human resources in China, Germany, the United Kingdom and other countries And the important means of technological innovation. The major of business management is one of the major subjects of private higher vocational colleges and also the key course of implementing modern apprenticeship. However, from the current situation, there are still various problems in the process of talent cultivation. Therefore, starting from the existing problems in the teaching of business administration in private higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the current situation of modern apprenticeship in detail and puts forward some suggestions on the feasibility of development. Development provides some theoretical reference. The research on modern apprenticeship system of commercial and industrial management in private higher vocational colleges has some guiding significance and reference value.
