老年自发性气胸是呼吸系统疾病中常见急症,临床表现不典型,易漏诊、误诊,甚至出现严重的并发症,处理不当易致死亡。为了提高认识,回顾分析2003—2007收治的老年性自发性气胸15例,现就其临床表现及治疗情况进行分析。1临床资料1.1一般资料:15例中,男性11例,女性4例,年龄60～80岁
Spontaneous pneumothorax in elderly patients with respiratory diseases is a common emergency, the clinical manifestations of atypical, easily missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis, and even serious complications, improper handling can easily lead to death.
