“改革和完善党的领导方式和执政方式”是近年来理论界、学术界探讨的热点问题之一。这对推进政治体制改革,建设社会主义民主政治,不断探索“共产党的执政规律”具有重要意义。本刊特邀请目前国内一些学者分别从政党政治的一般运作方式、苏共的领导和执政模式、中国共产党新民主主义革命时期对党的领导和执政方式的认识、改革和完善党的领导和执政方式的方向和途径、“善治”理论对中国共产党执政方略的借鉴意义、中国共产党目前执政合法性的理论依据等方面,对这一问题展开比较全面的讨论。
“Reforming and perfecting the party’s leadership style and governing style” is one of the hot issues discussed by theorists and scholars in recent years. This is of great significance to promoting the reform of the political system, building socialist democratic politics and constantly exploring the “law of the Communist Party in power.” At the moment, some scholars in our country have invited some scholars in China to reform and perfect the party’s leadership and governance from the general operation of party politics, the leadership and governance model of the CPSU, and the understanding of the party’s leadership and governance style during the period of the New Democratic Revolution of the Chinese Communist Party Way and direction of the “good governance” theory of the ruling strategy of the Chinese Communist Party’s reference significance, the CPC’s current ruling legitimacy of the theoretical basis, and other aspects of the issue more comprehensive discussion.
