目的:对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)模型大鼠与正常大鼠肺实质细胞survivin蛋白(生存素)阳性表达率及表达部位进行对比研究。方法:肺组织病理切片HE染色观察大鼠肺组织病理改变;应用免疫组化检测两组大鼠肺组织sur-vivin蛋白(生存素)的表达情况。结果:COPD组大鼠病理切片可见明显的肺气肿改变,survivin蛋白表达阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),主要表达在小血管及小支气管平滑肌部位。结论:survivin蛋白的异常表达与COPD病理进展,尤其是肺动脉高压的发生发展有密切关系。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the positive expression rates and expression sites of survivin protein (survivin) in lung tissue of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) rats and normal rats. Methods: The pathological changes of lung tissue were observed by HE staining in lung tissue sections. The expression of Survivin (Survivin) protein in lung tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: Obvious emphysema was observed in the pathological sections of COPD rats. The positive rate of survivin protein expression in COPD group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The expression of survivin protein was mainly located in the small blood vessels and bronchial smooth muscle. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of survivin protein is closely related to the pathological development of COPD, especially the occurrence and development of pulmonary hypertension.
