[目的]探索广东省部分科技期刊编辑的心理健康情况,为有关部门制定相关政策和指导提供参考资料。[方法]2004年10月至2005年5月随机抽取广东省科技期刊编辑学会团体会员中的65家科技期刊中的150名编辑为研究对象。对其进行症状自评量表(Symptom Check List-90,SCL-90)评分,进行统计学分析,并分析科技期刊编辑心理个性特征的影响因素。结果:共成功调查129名编辑,答卷有效应答率为86%。其SCL-90总分为(123±39)和各项因子分与编辑对照组(2003年吴红艳报道的37名科技期刊编辑)比较差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。男性编辑的心理健康状况差于女性编辑,中青年编辑的心理健康问题比较突出。管理组人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑与敌对因子得分高于业务组。广东省部分科技期刊编辑心理症状阳性检出率为22.5%。[结论]广东省部分科技期刊编辑总体心理健康状况较好,但少部分编辑存在心理问题。需要加强科技期刊编辑群体的心理健康教育。
[Objective] To explore the mental health status of some editors of scientific journals in Guangdong Province and provide reference materials for relevant departments to formulate relevant policies and guidelines. [Methods] From October 2004 to May 2005, 150 editors from 65 scientific and technological journals of Guangdong Academy of Sci-tech Journals Editors’ Association were randomly selected as the research object. Symptom Check List-90 (SCL-90) was used to conduct statistical analysis, and the influencing factors of psychological personality characteristics of editors of sci-tech periodicals were analyzed. Results: A total of 129 editors were successfully investigated. The effective response rate was 86%. The total score of SCL-90 was (123 ± 39) and all factors were not significantly different from those of the editorial control group (37 science journals edited by Wu Hongyan in 2003) (all P> 0.05). The mental health status of male editors is worse than that of female editors, and the mental health problems of middle-aged and young editors are more prominent. Management group interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and hostility scores higher than the business group. Guangdong Province, part of the scientific and technological journals editors psychological symptoms positive detection rate was 22.5%. [Conclusion] The editors of some sci-tech periodicals in Guangdong Province have a better overall mental health status, but few editors have psychological problems. Need to strengthen the psychological health education of editorial groups of sci-tech periodicals.
