（采访对象:华翰书画院副院长 陈东 华翰书画院学术秘书长 陈运权） 记者:两位陈先生,能否先给我们大家介绍一下华翰书画院成立的背景? 陈东:我们画院是由计委主管的中国经济导报报社主持成立的。计委的工作面向全社会,为各种行业也包括文化产业制订政策,规划投贸;而我们报纸是面向社会的公共出版物, 因为经常接触和参与文化活动,所以产生了介人美术事业的想法。之后酝酿交流了近一年, 终于使得华翰书画院在 12月 20日开幕了。

Chen Dong: Planning Commission under the auspices of China Economic Herald newspapers presided over the establishment. The work of the Planning Commission faces the whole society and formulates policies and plans trade for various industries and cultural industries. Our newspaper is a public publication for the community, and because of frequent contacts and participation in cultural activities, idea. After brewing exchanges for nearly a year, finally making Hua Han calligraphy and painting academy opened on December 20.
