自新课改以来,教学中师生关系的重新定位备受关注。“以学生为主体,教师为主导”的提法受到教育界同行们的推崇,而对这一理念的理解,不同教师会有不同的认识和实践。“以学生为主体,教师为主导”首先以正确的学生观为前提,做到尊重学生、理解学生、还权于学生。而教师主导作用的发挥是由教师学识的渊博、思想的高度、文化和艺术的视野、胸怀和教学理念等因素决定的。在本文中,笔者将结合教学实践阐述对此的理解和思考。
