肿节风,又名草珊瑚,接骨金栗兰,为金粟兰科草珊瑚属[Sarcandra glaber(Thunb)Nakai]植物。肿节风产于我国长江以南各省,高约一米,为多年生草本,全草入药,味辛苦,性平,民间用作活血化瘀、驱风解疼药。近有报导肿节风的片剂与针剂在临床上用于治疗胰腺癌、胃癌、食道癌等有一定的疗效,因此我们以S_(180a)瘤细胞的体外实验为指标,对肿节风的抗肿瘤有效成分做了初步探讨。
Swollen wind, also known as squid coral, is a member of the genus Sarcandra glaber (Thunb) Nakai. The swollen wind is produced in the provinces south of the Yangtze River in China. It is about one meter high. It is a perennial herb. It is used as a medicine, tastes hard, and has a level of character. The folk use it as a blood circulation and expel wind pain relief medicine. Recently, it has been reported that TuoJianfeng tablets and injections have clinical efficacy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, etc. Therefore, we use S_(180a) tumor cells in vitro as an indicator of the Anti-tumor active ingredients made a preliminary discussion.
