发挥社区卫生服务中心健康“守门人”的作用离不开信息化的支撑,然而无论是社区卫生服务信息交流与共享,还是建基于上的运作效率和服务质量的改善都依赖于社区卫生服务数据的标准化和统一化,本组文章是以武汉市社区卫生服务信息化现阶段所取得的成绩为蓝本,详细介绍了武汉市社区卫生服务数据标准制定的全过程。在此基础之上,为了满足社区卫生服务信息管理的要求,该组文章还设计了一套涵盖部门业务系统、数据交换平台、数据中心平台、统一应用平台等几个部分组成的社区卫生服务的信息化管理系统,实现了综合查询、决策支持、部门业务功能、统一管理等多项服务功能。这样的改革探索无疑对全国其他地区也有启发和借鉴意义。
