采用电磁半连续铸造方法进行了健身器材用AZ31-0.3%Li新型镁合金的制备,并与常规铸造的显微组织和拉伸性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,与常规铸造相比,电磁半连续铸造方法制备出的组织更均匀、拉伸性能较优,铸锭不同部位的平均晶粒尺寸无明显差异;此外,室温抗拉强度明显提高,其中铸锭边缘处的室温抗拉强度较常规铸造增加55 MPa。
The preparation of new magnesium alloy AZ31-0.3% Li for fitness equipment was carried out by electromagnetic semi-continuous casting method, and the microstructure and tensile properties of conventional magnesium alloy were compared. The results show that compared with the conventional casting, the electromagnetic semi-continuous casting method produces more uniform microstructure and better tensile properties, while the average grain size in different parts of the ingot shows no significant difference. In addition, the tensile strength at room temperature obviously increases, Room temperature tensile strength at the edge of the ingot increases by 55 MPa compared to conventional casting.
