乙基沛心达〔1’1-dicyclohexyl-2-(2’-N-ethylpiperidinyl)ethane maleate〕系北京大学研制的新药,具有抗心律失常作用。用本院动物中心提供的Wister大鼠检测了该药的致畸性。雌雄以1∶1同笼交配,受精鼠随机分组,每组20只。试验设120、60、15mg/kg三组,敌枯双15mg/kg为阳性对照组。乙基沛心达于孕期第7~16天灌胃给药,敌枯双于孕期第11天灌胃一次,溶剂对照组给予等体积二甲亚砜。结果表明,乙基沛心达120mg/kg组母鼠妊娠第6~20天增重39.8±32.0g,二甲亚砜对照组为70.2±23.5g,两组相比有非常显著性差别(P<0.01)。该组胎鼠尾长(12.7±0.7mm)缩短,与二甲亚砜对照组(13.2±0.6mm)相比有显著性差别(P<0.05)。未见胎鼠身长与体重明显变化。60~15mg/kg组母鼠体重、胎鼠身长、尾长和体重无明显异常。敌枯双阳性对照组胎鼠身长、尾长和体重与二甲亚砜溶剂对照组比较有显著性差别(P<0.05)。敌枯双阳性对照组胚胎吸收率明显升高(26.1%),
1’-dicyclohexyl-2- (2’-N-ethylpiperidinyl) ethane maleate is a new drug developed by Peking University and has anti-arrhythmic effects. The teratogenicity of this drug was tested in Wister rats provided by our hospital animal center. Male and female mating with 1: 1 cage, fertilized rats were randomly divided into groups of 20.
