针对桥式起重机设计方法相对落后的问题,分析了桥式起重机小车架的结构特点;结合模块化的基本思想,对小车架进行模块划分,提出了小车架的参数化建模方法;并且讨论了工程图优化调整技术,明显地改善了图纸的设计质量,显著地提高了起重机产品的设计效率和质量,大大缩短了产品设计周期,满足了企业快速响应市场的需求。
Aiming at the problem that the design method of overhead traveling crane is relatively backward, the structural characteristics of the overhead traveling crane’s small frame are analyzed. According to the modularization basic idea, the module is divided into small frames and the parametric modeling method of the small frame is put forward. The paper also discusses the optimization and adjustment technology of engineering drawings, obviously improves the design quality of drawings, significantly improves the design efficiency and quality of crane products, greatly shortens the product design cycle and meets the demand of the enterprise in quick response to the market.
