我厂铸铁车间自1976年安装了一台7～10t/h立式烘砂炉,用来烘干湿新砂。该炉采用煤气作燃料。现将这几年来的使用及部分改造情况,谈一下个人的看法,供有关单位参考。一、炉型及安装结构简图 7～10t/h立式烘砂炉结构如图1所示。主要技术参数如下: 生产率原砂水分5％ 10t/h 原砂水分8％ 7t/h 燃料消耗量 200～250m~3/h 燃烧室容积热强度 200000kcal/m~3·h 燃烧室工作温度 +1000℃空气过剩系数 a=1.6 烧咀个数 4个
Our factory cast iron workshop since 1976 installed a 7 ~ 10t / h vertical bake furnace, used to dry wet sand. The furnace uses gas as fuel. Now the use of these years and some of the transformation, talk about the views of individuals for reference for the relevant units.
