随着近年来中国综合实力的稳步提升,国家也出台了一系列政策来振兴文化产业。国务院日前通过了《文化产业振兴规划》,这是继钢铁、汽车、纺织等十大产业振兴规划后出台的又一个重要的产业振兴规划,标志着文化产业已经上升为国家的战略性产业。从长远来看,加快振兴文化产业,也是中国增强“软实力”的必然途径。
With the steady improvement of China’s overall strength in recent years, the country has also promulgated a series of policies to revitalize the cultural industry. The State Council recently passed the “Cultural Industry Revitalization Plan”, which is another important industrial rejuvenation plan following the revitalization plan of the ten major industries including steel, automobile and textile, marking that the cultural industry has risen to become a national strategic industry. In the long run, speeding up the revitalization of the cultural industry is also the inevitable way for China to enhance its “soft power.”
