随着我国高等教育的发展,高职院校在高等教育中的位置越来越突出,高职院校的辅导员是高职院校师资队伍的重要组成部分,是大学生思想政治教育的骨干,对于学生综合素质的提升、人才培养有着重要作用。本文针对辅导员队伍建设存在的问题,提出相应的对策,促进高职院校辅导员队伍建设。
With the development of higher education in our country, the position of higher vocational colleges in higher education is becoming more and more prominent. The counselors in higher vocational colleges are an important part of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges and are the backbone of college students’ ideological and political education. For the improvement of the overall quality of students, personnel training has an important role. This article aims at the problems existing in the construction of counselors team and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the construction of counselors team in higher vocational colleges.
