按照住房和城乡建设部、工业和信息化部联合下发的《关于加快应用高强钢筋的指导意见》(简称《指导意见》)的要求,新疆维吾尔自治区住房和城乡建设厅、经济和信息化委员会牵头,组织对全疆建筑工程高强钢筋应用情况进行了摸底调查,明确了推广思路,确定了试点城市为乌鲁木齐、克拉玛依和巴州,筹建了领导小组、专家小组,建立了专门的工作机制,推广工作正在有条不紊地进行中。
