目前,全县土地规模经营总面积13.02万亩,占全县总耕地面积的15%,其中经营土地30亩以上的承包大户246个,经营土地13500亩,涉及到68个村,占总村数的19.8%;兴办集体农场7个,经营土地1900亩;兴办股份合作土地开发小区524个,涉及到96个村,13700户,经营土地面积11.47万亩。上述三种规模经营形式分别占规模经营总面积的10.4%、1.6%和38%。1993年下半年,我们在学习借鉴外地运用股份合作方式进行乡镇企业产权制度改革经验的基础上,尝试运用股份合作方式进行农业开发、发展土地适度
