在病案管理做好全面实施ICD-10准备工作的同时临床各级医师也应对ICD-10有一个全面、系统的了解,方能使这一工作顺利的开展。笔者认为临床医师应对以下几方面有所了解。 一、ICD与临床医师 ICD即国际疾病分类,是世界卫生组织为临床各类疾病、损伤和死因而制定的规范化、标准化、统一化的疾病分类系统,为使数据真实准确达到病案信息管理与国际接轨,临床医师在建立疾病诊断和首页填写上应熟悉以下六项诊断填写条件。
