希氏束内及其远侧阻滞,其临床表现及预后与发生于房室结部位者不同。其中不少患者呈隐匿状态,不易为常规心电图检查所发现。以下报告我科近三年来经希氏束图记录证实的希氏束内及其远侧阻滞52例,并联系有关临床表现及心电图记录进行讨论。
