技能竞赛对于技能型人才的培养的好处,显而易见。本文主要从以赛促教的作用、以赛促学的的作用以及存在的问题和解决方案三方面来讨论关于技能竞赛,对于教学的促进作用和学生学习的带动作用。对于职业学校来说,每年每个专业都有市赛、省赛、国赛。各个学校也都对于参赛充满热情,通过比赛,既能检验学生的学习成绩,也能展示学校风采,提升知名度。那么如何通过比赛促进教师教学以及学生学习,是一个值得思考的问题。
The benefits of skills competition for the cultivation of skilled personnel are obvious. This paper mainly discusses the driving role of skills competition, the promotion of teaching and the learning of students in three aspects: the role of competition promotion education, the role of competition promotion learning, existing problems and solutions. For vocational schools, each year has a professional city race, provincial race, national competitions. Each school is also passionate about participating. Through the competition, students can not only test their academic performance but also showcase their school style and enhance their awareness. So how to promote teacher education through competition and student learning is a question worth considering.
