本实验建立了禽蛋中苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ残留测定的高效液相色谱法,样品经正己烷提取浓缩后,用中性氧化铝固相萃取柱净化,高效液相色谱分离测定。四种苏丹红染料浓度在0~10μg/m L范围内与峰面积呈线性相关,相关系数均在0.9998以上。低、中、高3个加标水平的回收率在73.04%~96.79%之间,相对偏差为0.98%~5.89%。本方法操作简便快捷,灵敏度高,线性范围宽,适用于禽蛋中苏丹红染料检测。
In this experiment, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established for the determination of Sudan Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ residues in eggs. The samples were extracted with hexane and concentrated. The samples were purified with a neutral alumina solid phase extraction column and separated by high performance liquid chromatography . The concentration of four Sudan dyes in the range of 0 ~ 10μg / m L was linearly correlated with the peak area, the correlation coefficients were above 0.9998. The recoveries of low, medium and high levels of 3 spiked levels ranged from 73.04% to 96.79% with relative deviations from 0.98% to 5.89%. The method is simple and fast in operation, high in sensitivity and wide in linear range, and is suitable for the detection of Sudan dyes in eggs.
