研究发现在醋酸介质中,超痕量的镍( Ⅱ) 能催化过氧化氢和溴酸钾氧化二甲苯兰FF 褪色。通过研究该反应的最佳条件和动力学参数,建立了测定超痕量镍( Ⅱ) 的新方法。该方法检测限为2 .33 ×10 - 7 g 镍( Ⅱ)/L,测定范围为0 ~4 .8 μg 镍( Ⅱ)/L,用于测定环境中镍( Ⅱ) ,获得满意结果。
It has been found that ultra-trace amounts of nickel (II) catalyze the discoloration of xylene blue FF by hydrogen peroxide and potassium bromate in acetic acid. By studying the optimum conditions and kinetic parameters of the reaction, a new method for the determination of ultra-trace nickel (Ⅱ) was established. The detection limit of this method is 2. 33 × 10 - 7 g nickel (Ⅱ) / L, the measuring range is 0 ~ 4. 8 μg nickel (Ⅱ) / L, for the determination of nickel (Ⅱ) in the environment, to obtain satisfactory results.
