本文阐述了在国际旅游岛的契机下发展陵水县经济绿色崛起;分析陵水县经济快速发展引起的础设施滞后、人文教育落后、生态环境的保护等问题,提出相应的策略分析。结合经济可持续发展原则对陵水经济发展提出几点建议:以保护自然环境为前提,整体规划、合理开发,打造品牌,发展特色旅游产业;充分利用经济学“6+1”理论,带动产业发展;加强交通便利与旅游产业有机结合;严格控制陵水常住居民的数量,有效提高居民素质,提高居民幸福指数;多方面协调,加大力度控制和解决环境问题,保持原始自然环境。
This article elaborates the development of the economic green rise of Lingshui County at the opportunity of international tourism island; analyzes the problems such as lagging infrastructure, humanistic education and protection of the ecological environment caused by the rapid economic development in Lingshui County, and puts forward the corresponding strategy analysis. In light of the principle of sustainable development of economy, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the economic development of Lingshui: on the precondition of protecting the natural environment, the overall planning, rational development, brand building and the development of characteristic tourism industry; make full use of economics “6 + 1” Promote industrial development; strengthen the combination of transportation and tourism industry; strictly control the number of permanent residents in Lingshui, effectively improve the quality of residents and improve the happiness index of residents; coordinate and intensify efforts to control and solve environmental problems and maintain the original natural environment.
