根据马斯洛的需求层次理论,人们在满足了物质需求之后,就会开始追求更高层次的精神需求。在当前新的历史时期,人民群众日益增长的物质文化需求同落后的社会生产之间的矛盾已然成为我国现阶段的主要矛盾,为此,新时期下大力开展基层群众文化活动、提升基层群众的整体文化素养,是时代赋予我们的光荣使命,更是我们不可推卸的社会责任。本文主要针对新时期如何开展基层群众文化活动这一问题提出了几点建议。

In the current new historical period, the contradiction between the growing mass material needs of the people and backward social production has become the major contradiction in our country at this stage. Therefore, under the new era, it is necessary to vigorously carry out grassroots mass cultural activities and raise the grass-roots masses The overall cultural accomplishment is the glorious mission entrusted to us by the times. It is also our unshirkable social responsibility. This article mainly puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out grass-roots mass cultural activities in the new era.
