要把学生培养成德、智、体全面发展的人,教师要致力于教育,做学生的贴心人,关心学生,从多方面帮助学生解决困难,创造有利的学习条件。无论六十年代初困难时期也罢,十年内乱中也罢,我从不停课,坚持教学。农村推行生产责任制后,我全家五口共分田地六亩,只有我爱人参加劳动,很需要我下地帮忙。如果摆不正国家、集体、个人三者利益的位置,就会放松教学,冲击教学,但我始终如一,坚持教学,不受任何干扰,保证教学任务的完成。
We should cultivate students into virtuous, intellectual and all-round development. Teachers should devote themselves to education, be close to students, care for students, help students to solve problems in many aspects, and create favorable learning conditions. No matter the hard times of the early 1960s or the 10 years of civil strife, I never stopped classes and insisted on teaching. After the implementation of the production responsibility system in rural areas, my family of five is divided into six acres of land, and only I love to participate in labor, so I need help. If we disregard the interests of the state, the collective and the individuals, we will relax our teaching and impact teaching. However, I will consistently follow the teaching without any disruption and ensure the completion of teaching tasks.
