铜矿山球磨机高锰钢衬板服役过程除受到冲击磨损外,还受到酸性铜矿浆的腐蚀。在模拟铜矿浆的溶液中研究了不同锰含量(4.5%~18.5%)的锰钢静态浸泡的腐蚀性,发现在浸泡的前2h,各参试样品都呈腐蚀加速趋势。用数理统计方法对数据分析,结果表明,一定范围内增加锰含量可以提高锰钢在热的酸性铜矿浆模拟介质中的耐蚀性,其增加幅度不超过40%;一定程度以后,锰含量的增加将不再会改变锰钢的耐蚀性。
