患者男,28岁,本县人,职业木工。自述2年来多次发现大便内有活的乳白色小虫,当粘液样粪便时,白色小虫更多。时有上腹不适,脐周疼痛。纳减,乏力,余无其它不适。曾在县内多个医院用甲紫片、驱虫净等治疗,均未奏效,于1985年10月9日来院就诊。体检:不发热,巩膜无黄染,心肺正常,腹平软,全腹无明显压痛,未及肿块,肝脾肋下未及,肝区无叩击痛,无移动性浊音,肠鸣音正常。实验室检查:血常规除嗜酸性粒细胞15%增高外,其它无异常。粪检蛔虫卵少,多次肝功能检查均正常。嘱患者
