目的:根据目前医院搬运重症患者的需要,研制一种变形式重症患者升降车。方法 :在可变形四轮支架车顶部安装升降器,升降器前部安装手动轮轴,转动手动轮轴可收紧或放松升降器上的4条承重钢丝绳,进而将组合式担架及躺在担架上的重症患者同时升起或降下;支架车的每条车腿都可独自水平方向转动0~90°角,从而改变支架车的形状。结果:利用该升降车省时省力,只需2名操作人员就可将体质量约为95 kg的患者搬移到大型医疗设备上接受相应的检查和治疗。结论:该装置车腿高、可变形、适应范围广、承载质量大,解决了医护人员少的情况下搬移重症患者的困难,可为急诊患者争取宝贵的抢救治疗时间。
