政绩是领导干部德才素质在工作实践中的综合体现。从政为官有政绩,既是党和人民群众对干部的最基本要求,也是每个党的干部应有的意识。在推进改革开放和现代化建设中,大多数领导干部勤奋工作,开拓创新,取得了很多名副其实的政绩。但少数领导干部的政绩观却出现了偏差,把政绩变成了“政疾”。
Achievement is a comprehensive manifestation of the qualities of leading cadres in virtue of their work. Politics and government performance are both the most basic requirement of the party and the masses for cadres and the due awareness of each party’s cadres. In advancing the reform and opening up and the modernization drive, most leading cadres work hard and blaze new trails with a great deal of achievements in their achievements. However, the achievements of a few leading cadres have shown a deviation and turned political achievements into “political and economic issues.”
