对某石化公司800 kt/a丙烷脱沥青装置导热油炉热运行现状及低效原因进行了系统分析,在此基础上提出了空气预热系统采用板式空气预热技术,选用HTEE-E型高温炉用红外辐射涂料的节能改造技术,并在导热炉上改造实施,取得了良好的节能降耗效果。改造后,烟气外排温度从改造前的181℃降低到138℃;热空气温度从112℃升高到179℃;热效率从89.8%提高到91.2%。每年节约燃料费用321.5×104RMB$,节约电能费用19.1×104RMB$。
