脉鼠57只,分为同体对照与异体对照两组,暴露圆窗后在圆窗膜上置定量NaCl或KCl晶体,测试置药后不同时间耳蜗神经动作电位(AP)。结果,所有置药耳的AP阈值均升高。同体对照组置NaCl的各时间组AP阈值无统计学差异;异体对照组置NaCl耳的各时间组AP阈值随时间延长逐渐降低,同体对照组中置KCl组与置NaCl组相比无AP阈值差异;异体对照的KCl组的AP阈值较NaCl组高。结果提示:观察AP指标时最好采取异体对照设计。
Fifty-seven rats were divided into two groups: control group and control group. Quantitative NaCl or KCl crystals were placed on the round window membrane after the round window was exposed. The action potential (AP) of cochlear nerve was measured at different time after drug administration. As a result, the AP threshold for all drug-eluting ears increased. There was no significant difference in AP threshold between all groups in allogeneic control group and NaCl group at each time point. The AP threshold value of each group in NaCl control group decreased gradually with time, and there was no AP threshold in central control group compared with NaCl group The AP threshold of KCl group was higher than that of NaCl group. The results suggest that: observation of AP indicators best to take allogeneic control design.
