大学毕业后的前17年,我所从事的工作与档案工作没有任何直接关系。因此,在我的职业生涯中,从未有过从事档案工作的规划。然而,造物弄人,7年前,我所在的校区整体搬迁到株洲,人事安排进行大调整,恰逢两位老档案员相继退休,领导认为我是最合适不过的人选。从此,我开始与档案结下了不解之缘。我院作为一所具有55年办学历史、各类在校学生上万人的高职学院,其档案工作量之大可想而知。坦率地说,从正干得顺风顺水的教学岗位转行
In the first 17 years after graduating from college, I did not have any direct relationship with the work of archival work. Therefore, in my career, I have never had any plans to file. However, as the construction of the building got rid of, 7 years ago, my campus relocated to Zhuzhou as a whole. The personnel arrangement was greatly adjusted. It coincided with the retirement of two old archivists and the leadership considered me the most suitable candidate. Since then, I began to file a bond with the file. As a college with 55 years of running history and various types of students in colleges and universities, there are thousands of people in our college. The workload of the archives can be imagined. To be frank, change from teaching positions that are doing well
