本文介绍原形油菜花粉在消化过程中的形态变化情况。在人工模拟的胃酸(pH2.0)环境中,花粉可迅速吐出其完整的内膜囊。肠的碱性(pH 8)可使花粉外壁和吐出的内膜囊破碎。胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶可把花粉内膜水解成碎片,使成份完全释放出来。本文结论是:原形花粉易于消化。
This article describes the morphological changes of crude rape pollen during digestion. In an artificially simulated gastric acid (pH 2.0) environment, pollen can rapidly vomit out its intact intimal sac. The alkaline pH (pH 8) of the intestine disrupts the pollen outer wall and the spit-out of the intimal capsule. Pepsin and trypsin can hydrolyze the inner membrane of pollen into pieces, which completely release the ingredients. The conclusion of this paper is that the original pollen is easy to digest.
