在全国各地掀起的向劳动模范学习的高潮中,不少人觉得获得劳动模范称号的人数量还是太少。我们经常听到这样的话:“我们这里与当选劳模事迹相同的人还有很多,真希望也能获得这样光荣的称号。”其实,这是对劳动模范称号的一种误解,我们评选劳模的主旨是为全社会提供一些优秀的工作样板,是对以劳动模范为代表的大多数劳动者工作态度和精神的一种肯定,是在提倡一种社会精神。
In the climax of learning from labor models across the country, many people think that the number of people who receive the title of model worker is still too small. We often hear the following remark: “There are still many people in our field who have the same deeds as the model workers, and I really hope that such an honorable title can be obtained.” In fact, this is a misunderstanding of the model worker and we appraise the essence of model workers It is a model for providing good examples of work for the whole society. It is a recognition of the working attitude and spirit of the majority of laborers represented by the model workers and is a social spirit.
