CA6140型车床床头箱中速档冲击声大是一个老问题,有关生产厂对此重视不够。随着CA6140车床大量出口,国外客户不仅要求机床噪声低,而且要求声音悦耳,但一直未得到解决,外商对这一问题意见甚大,促使厂家把治理中速档冲击声问题放到重要议事日程上来。根据以往生产的经验和试验的结果,发现CA6140车床床头箱中速档冲击声来源于Ⅲ轴到Ⅳ轴的50/50这对啮合齿轮(图1)。
CA6140-type lathe headstock mid-speed file shock is a big problem, the relevant production plants did not pay enough attention to this. With the large export of CA6140 lathe, foreign customers not only require low noise machine, but also the voice of sweet, but has not been resolved, foreign opinion on this issue is very large, prompting manufacturers to control the mid-speed shock sound issue on the agenda . Based on past production experience and test results, it was found that CA12540 lathe headstock mid-range shock sound comes from the III axis to the IV axis of the 50/50 pair of meshing gears (Figure 1).
