根据中央人民政府政务院防旱抗旱决定,结合我省实际情况,特制定本省春季防旱救灾春耕工作计划,希各级政府切实贯彻执行。一、普遍发展水利,实行经济用水,在全省范围内,争取保证一千一百万亩的地不受旱灾威胁。①在现有的河渠、水井浇地四百八十二万亩的基础上,加强灌溉管理,珍惜水量,发挥现有水的最大灌溉救能,要求全省扩大浇地一百万亩。各专区具体数字如下:
