目的观察宫腔镜联合补肾化瘀法治疗刮宫术后宫腔粘连的疗效,对中医药治疗该病的疗效进行评价。方法选取2012年6月至2013年6月在行刮宫术后宫腔粘连的患者80例,随机分为对照组40例和治疗组40例。对照组采用宫腔镜治疗刮宫术后宫腔粘连并在术后给予上环术,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合中药补肾化瘀法治疗。结果治疗后月经恢复情况治疗组的总有效率(95.00%)明显好于对照组(60.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组术后宫腔形成的总有效率(67.50%)明显低于治疗组(100.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜联合补肾化瘀法对治疗刮宫术后宫腔粘连有较好疗效,可有效促进月经的恢复和宫腔的形成。
Objective To observe the curative effect of hysteroscopy combined with tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis method on uterine adhesions after curettage and evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease. Methods Eighty patients with intrauterine adhesions after curettage between June 2012 and June 2013 were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and treatment group (40 cases). In the control group, hysteroscopy was used to treat intrauterine adhesions after curettage and was given an operation on the posterior wall. The treatment group was treated on the basis of the control group with the method of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis. Results After treatment, the total effective rate (95.00%) in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (60.00%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The total effective rate of uterine cavity formation in the control group (67.50%) was significantly lower than that in the treatment group (100.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with Bushen Huayu method has a good curative effect on intrauterine adhesions after curettage, which can effectively promote the recovery of menstruation and the formation of uterine cavity.
