本文应用激光干涉条纹和视网膜电图方法检测了16例19只白内障患眼术前视功能,并预测其术后 E 视力表视力。结果表明:63.2%的眼术前激光干涉视力和术后视力表视力相一致;79.0%的眼术前明视视网膜电图 b 波振幅与术后视力表视力成相平行关系;结合两种方法,90.0%的眼其术前视功能和术后视力表视力相一致。比较这两种方法,激光干涉视力方法简便、快速、病人容易接受,但对成熟期白内障会出现假阴性结果,视网膜电图是一种客观方法,较少受致密晶体的影响,但测试相对复杂,因而,将两种方法结合起来能更全面更准确地了解白内障术前视功能状况,并对术后视力作出较可靠的预测。
In this paper, 19 cases of cataract in 16 cases were examined by laser interference fringes and electroretinography. The visual acuity of E-vision after operation was predicted. The results showed that 63.2% of the preoperative ocular preoperative laser vision and postoperative visual acuity were consistent; 79.0% of the preoperative ophthalmopic B wave amplitude and postoperative visual acuity were paralleled; combined with two methods , 90.0% of the eyes of its preoperative visual acuity and postoperative visual acuity consistent.
